Starting 10-01-2013, uninsured Americans will have access to State or Federal Health Exchanges that offer a State or Federal Health Exchanges that offer a variety of health insurance plans that could be affordable. Please access them in the 211 database by the term - Health Insurance Marketplaces. Also, limited in person help is available at some agencies for folks that need additional advice or help to navigate these plans. Please use the terms - In Person Assister Programs or Certified Application Counselor Programs.
