JUNIOR STAFF CAREER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

SERVICE DESCRIPTION:Provides a comprehensive small-group program designed to guide youth toward careers in youth development or human services by nurturing their leadership skills and providing guided, practical experiences. Some Junior Staff program participants are eventually invited to take a paid position within the Boys & Girls Clubs for a limited term.

ELIGIBILITY:Youth age 14 to 18, application required, limited slots available.

INTAKE PROCEDURE:Call, walk-in, write.

FEES:Inclusive with Boys & Girls Clubs' $15 annual membership fee.

HOURS:Monday-Friday, 8:00am-7:00pm.

LANGUAGES:English, Hmong, Spanish.

AREA SERVED:Fox Valley.
